Second Chance for Animals, Inc. is a nonproft volunteer group devoted to enhancing the lives and increasing the

adoption rates o the animals at the Franklin Township Animal Shelter. In addition, we are very proud o our partnership

with the Franklin Township Food Bank, providing them with pet ood or local amilies in need.

We need your help in sponsoring our annual dog walk undraiser through your tax deductible contribution. All moneyraised will go to help the animals o Franklin Township. Please choose your sponsor category, and send this orm, and
