LOUNGECharge-Up Stations Advertisement: To enable our participants to use their mobile devices throughout the event, we are providing charge-up stations within the venue. The sponsor’s advertisements will be displayed prominently at these stations.

Sponsored Game Station: To create a more comfortable and relaxed environment for the participants, we will provide a game station. Expected activities include table football and video games. The sponsor’s logo will be displayed prominently within the station.

Sponsors Lounge: In between our different events, there will be time for the participants to have coffee, tea and other refreshments and enjoy some leisure time in the sponsors lounge. The lounge will be decorated with the sponsor’s advertisements.

EXHIBITOR AND VISITOR SPACESBooth (Exhibition Space): During the Stakeholder Dialogue, the sponsors will have their own space, designed and equipped as requested. A great opportunity to get in touch with the participants and provide important information about the sponsor’s company.

Sponsors Premium Wi-Fi Access: A premium Wi-Fi access will be made available and named after its sponsor, and the sponsor’s logo will be displayed prominently.

ACTIVITIESBranding of Excursion: In addition to the formal part of the event, an excursion will be offered and can be sponsored. The sponsor can place goodie bags on the bus seats and, if requested, be integrated into the excursion programme.

Branding of Wine Tasting: A wine tasting will be offered and the sponsor’s name will be branded on the coasters for the wine glasses.

Branding of guided Tour through the Castle: We will offer the participants a guided tour through the event venue: the Castle Festung Marienberg. The sponsor will be mentioned at the beginning of the event and the logo will be displayed prominently.

HOSPITALITYLogo on Coffee and Snack Areas: There will be areas at our event location where coffee and snacks are provided. Those areas will be branded with the sponsor’s logo.

Sweets with Logos: Throughout the event, different flavoured sweets with the sponsor’s logo can be distributed amongst the participants.
