October 14 Perform Study Monologue (handout: “Four Study Monologues”) Requirements: 1) memorize; 2) define your AUDIENCE; 3) name your goal and obstacle; 4) create basic circumstances (written assignment) October 16 Begin process of choosing a monologue from a play to perform. Samples will be provided. October 21 Explore and perform (from memory) “speeches” on pages 56-57 of Acting One. October 23 Scene work: work with partners on scenes from Acting One.
