1 For Remote Proctor test the following is required: Wifi, PC/Laptop with front-facing camera and Chrome set
as default browser, Android phone or iPhone with camera and video, that you are able to download an app to
2 For Lifesize assessment the following is required: Wifi, Device with front facing camera and microphone, with
Chrome browser
3 Assessments taking place onsite are subject to satisfactory visitor risk assessments submitted to Highfield
prior to the assessment
4 Once confirmed, any amendments or cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee as per your contract.
5 Provisional dates can be held for a maximum of 24 hours before being released for other bookings
