Highfield Humanities College Case study
Client: Highfield Humanities College
Installation: June 2012 – September 2012
Project Value: £900k
Following a competitive Tender
process, managed by Eric Wright
Construction, Broadstock secured
the contract to supply the FF&E
package for this prestigious project.
Working closely with the London
Architects, Feilden Clegg Bradley
Studios, Eric Wright Construction
and the internal Project Team,
Broadstock have provided a design
solution through the fixtures &
fittings that complement the design
aspirations of the Architects.
Highfield Humanities College
£900,000 of office, break-out,
standard classroom furniture,
fitted laboratories, fitted
workshops, bespoke teacher
caddies, classroom podiums and
supplementary equipment, such
as notice boards, bins and clocks,
were installed over a 4 month
programme on schedule and
within a controlled budget.
Broadstock also provided a ‘Move
Management’ service of legacy
items, including a full on-site audit
and integral planning service,
which culminated in the physical
movement of furniture that was
completed and managed by our
installation team.
‘Despite being appointed later than anticipated as our FF&E partner, Broadstock quickly gained an understanding of our team’s requirements and the vision for the school. They positively engaged with our staff and presented ideas, solutions and samples that enabled us to make informed decisions. The finished installation is even better than we had imagined, and will now ‘set the standard’ for learning environments in this region and beyond.’
