Browse for the relevant invoice and supporting

documentation to your claim and select ‘Upload’. The total size of documents included can be up to 6MB per claim.

Select the family member to which the claim relates, the type of claim, Medical/Vision

or Dental and if relevant Medtrack, Medtrack Plus or

Annual Check Up.

STEP 1 – COMPLETE YOUR CLAIM

In the ‘Diagnosis/Symptoms’ box, please provide details of the REASON for your claim

(e.g. ‘blood tests due to fatigue’ rather ‘lab tests’ - ‘routine dental checkup’

rather than ‘dentist appointment’) this will help speed up processing your

claim.

Please note, if you confirm that the claimant is covered

by a Social Security Healthcare plan in the

country where the claim was incurred, we will ask you to record the Social Security number. Going forward,

where Cigna already holds this information the field will be pre-populated, though you are able to amend the

details if required.
