Victorian Scholastic Team Selection Policy From the 2017 Competitive Season, Surfing Victoria will not be conducting the Individual Victorian Scholastic Titles. This decision has been made to manage the increasing pressure on the Surfing Victoria event schedule. The 2017 Australian Junior Titles will no longer feature the “All Stars” Scholastic division. Selection for the Victoria School Surfing Team to compete at the Australian Junior Surfing Titles in the MR Shield will be made from. - Current year Victorian Junior Series ratings. - Current year Victorian Team members (including wildcards). - Previous year Victorian Junior Series ratings. - State Schools Teams Titles. - Independent Schools Teams Titles. The Surfing Victoria Technical committee will ratify the final team selections. Please note, Surfing Victoria will still conduct the School Teams Titles and Independent Teams Titles event. - Policy Updated: 6/02/17
