First step: observe & interact withthe public to discover the following

#3 defining the dysfunctions
why do we have a problem?
Second step: gather all informationsprovided by the experience with the
students. Dispose it in tables, graphichs, whatever improves the
visualization of the data.
Third step: analyse the data, focusingon the public’s needs & expectations.
Fourth step: provide solutions for theproblem, based on all the information
analysed.
Fifth step: present the solutions for the students, expecting feedbacks
to improve the project.
Sixth step: apply the project :)
