• Managing HDR supervisor registration policy and process
• Provision of supervisor development program
• Coordination and provision of HDR candidate professional development program – OnTrack
• Research and analysis of candidate experience feedback for improvement planning

Policy, Strategy & Projects
• Review and development of HDR Policy and Procedures
• Management of major projects such as the RMIT PhD
• Input to Government policy reviews as they relate to HDR
• Development of strategies to improve HDR performance – manage the annual quality in research training review process
• International agreements (CRTA)
• Executive and minute secretarial support to SGR Advisory Board
