TapTuck is an innovative app that allows parents to pre-order healthy foodfrom the tuck shop. Parents can also link a card with limits to make purchasesat the tuck shop, the uniform shop, or any other outlet on campus. We alsoallow parents to pay for school events, tours, uniforms, books and more!

ADDING KIDSAdd your kid to the appto enable them to usethe service

Scan Code will bring upyour camera and allow youto scan the unique QR codeon your kid’s card

Select Add another kid.Be sure to add a clearpicture of your kid

POCKET MONEYThis feature allows your kid(s) to make purchases without youhaving to place an order for them. This will only work once youstipulate a DAILY AND WEEKLY spend limit for the kid.

TOP UP WALLETTop up your wallet and start placing those ordersand allocating spending money for your kid(s).

To order meals and/or allow your kid to spend moneyat the tuckshop or school campus, you will need totransfer money to your wallet.

Option 1 - EFTA deposit into the account details provided will allow youto make purchases once the funds have been received.Tip 1: Please make sure the correct reference is used, displayed on thePay with EFT Screen.Tip 2: Please allow for a 24 – 48 hour delay for the funds to be received.

Option 2 - Pay with cardAdd your credit card details which enablesyou to top up your wallet instantly.

PLACING AN ORDEROnce you add your kid(s) successfully,you can now place orders for the kidin advance by clicking Order

Choose the desired meal and it willbe sent to the school for it to beprepared or reserved. You will beable to view all orders on thecalendar displayed for your kid.

Select the day you wishto place the orders for.Tip: You have the optionto order for different timesof the day

SCHOOL PAYMENTS

Click Order/Pay(Next to your kid’s name) 1

Click Make Payment andthen click on Pay Now.Payment successful.

Click School Payments.Your kid’s event willbe listed.

When a new event is created by the school, an email and push notificationis sent. To make payment:
