SCOTLAND KAYAKING & MULTISPORT ADVENTURE
Immerse yourself in the culture, history, landscape and wildlife of Scotland on a kayaking and
multisport adventure in the highlands of Scotland. Sea kayak past ancient castles, walk in the
Scottish Mountains, hunt the Loch Ness Monster, mountain bike in the Cairngorms National Park
and raft in Highland Perthshire. So much more than simply a tour of Scotland, this adventure, gets
you up close and personal with Scotland’s landscape, history and people.
Starting in Glasgow we travel north to Oban the jumping off point for our four day inn to inn sea kayak
journey on the west coast of Scotland. Local seafood, majestic mountains, whisky tasting and great
kayaking all included! Our history tour continues to Loch Ness, Urquhart Castle and Culloden before we
reach the Cairngorm National Park where mountain biking, rafting and castles are all packed in before the
tour ends in Edinburgh.
Sea kayaking in the shadow of ancient castles on Scotland’s west coast.
Experiencing Scotland’s wildlife: Eagles, otters, seals and red deer.
Walking in the footsteps of Bonnie Prince Charlie.
Hand picked local hotels and inns of character.
Delicious west coast sea food and whisky.
THE MACS ADVENTURE DIFFERENCE?
Our mission at Macs Adventure is to help you experience the very best of Scotland by getting out there
and experiencing it. Our friendly and professional guides are the best in the business and will share their

mountain biking through the lochs, mountains and rivers of Scotland.
At Macs Adventure we are crazy about adventure but know that a warm welcome, comfortable bed, great
local food and a wee dram are perhaps even more important. Which is why we search our locally owned
and operated hotels which share our passion for excellence and offer truly outstanding food,
accommodation, drink and experiences.
Our guides, office staff and partners are all pulling together to make sure that every little detail is taken
care of your tour in Scotland is as good as it can be.

The west coast of Scotland is a world class sea
kayaking destination. At 9:30am you meet your

unforgettable day of sea kayaking.
You will kayak through breathtaking scenery,
past castles and small islands. It is also the best

Ben Nevis via the Mountain Track is
straightforward for those with a hill walking

low level walks to enjoy locally. Fort William also

“Road to the Isles” past Arisaig and the sands of
Morar to Mallaig where we catch the ferry to the
Small Isles. Eigg, Mucka and Rum all offer
outstanding wildlife and walking. Which island

“ We were really pleased with all the
organisation, information pack, guide book
and in particular, delighted with the
accommodation booked for us which suited
us perfectly. Our luggage was always there
when we arrived and a welcome sight when
tired and perhaps rather wet. This is the first
time I have done a long distance walk with
the support of a company and luggage carrier
and I would recommend Macs Adventure to
others who I know are planning a similar
trip. So very many thanks!” Alison Johnston
