Marvel® warrants its products to the original purchaser to be free of defects in material and workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns the product, except as provided below.

Components and parts deemed as high wear including casters and pneumatic cylinders are warranted for 5 years from the date of sale. Seating control mechanisms are warranted for 10

years from original date of sale. Warranty periods for seating that exceeds 8 hours per day usage (single shift) is reduced on a pro-rate basis. The warranty for the fabric/mesh is limited to five

years. Marvel’s obligations are limited to repair or replacement at Marvel’s option. Marvel® in no event, will be responsible for incidental or consequential damages arising out of a claim for

defective or damaged product. Product adaptations, customizations or modifications not explicitly approved by Marvel® do not qualify for this warranty.
