GENERAL INFORMATION AND INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE: The boxes for switches and differential Serie 200, are destinated to accomodation for the differents elements. Flush mounted in walls, ceilings and floors noncombustible, and recommended for a maximum voltage of 1,000 V AC or 1,500 d.c. Are made of termoplastic material ABS, halogen free. They have several input footprints for tubes and does not need any tools for its drilling. It has metalic guide to fix the several elements.These boxes are modular, you can link to each other horizontally, as many as the installer needed. The doors and frames are individual. The doors have vents and also have a very strong nylon hinges with easy assembly and disassembly.In this serie all the references can be sealed. Manufactured to recommendation UNESA-D 1407-D, and according to the UNE-EN 60670-1, February 2006. -Degree of protection IP: 30. -Degree of protection against impacts IK: 0.7. -Isolation voltage: 750 V. Test method voltage: 3,500 V. -Glow wire test 650 º. -Maximum and minimum temperature during installation: -25 ° C to 60 º C. -Tightening torque on screws: 1.80 Nm. The boxes are intended for use in an indoor enclosure, for electrical installations or similar.

FIXING INSTRUCTIONS: The flush mounted boxes are fixing to the wall in the holes provided for such purpose, using cement mortar, plaster or plaster, placed so that they protrude from 5 to 8 mm, in this way when you plaster the wall, the box will be flush with the wall.
