Announcement
Second International Conference on Melanoma
Venice, Italy
16-19 October. 1989
THE Second International Conference on Melanoma will follow the scientific lines of the First International Conference held in Venice in 1985. During the last four years a large body of new information on melanoma has been made available by many laboratories and clinical Institutions all over the world. New epidemiological studies on melanoma, new data on its biological behaviour, new information on its immunological aspects, together with fresh results from clinical trials on treatment and from new prospective research in immunotherapy will be at the centre of the discussions by the innumerable scientists who are expected to be present in Venice. The original feature of this Conference, like the previous one, is the wide range of different disciplines represented in most sessions and the structure of the meeting, although slightly modified from the previous one, was planned with the aim of meeting the requirements of a true interdisciplinary exchange of experience.
