Second Opening of a Practical, Practitioner-‐Led HR Forum in London this October, covering Change & Transformation, Culture &
Leadership, Technology & Analytics
Interactive and technology-‐enabled conference, with senior HR and business transformation leaders from around Europe, opens session for the second time
The HR Change & Transformation 2014 conference is a gathering of senior HR professionals and executives in all industries
and from all regions, to discuss new ideas and new practice in some of the most current and critically-‐important areas of HR
today. These are: Change, Culture & Leadership, Talent & HR Transformation, and Technology, Tools & Analytics.
Taking place in London on 15-‐16 October, this forum is for HR professionals who are involved in change initiatives,
organisational restructuring, M&A and other kinds of upheaval. It is for organisations that are facing the challenge of a multi-‐
generational workforce or a multi-‐cultural corporate structure, and for HR departments with an executive board that is
demanding efficiency and business alignment, and a tech-‐savvy workforce that demands an updating of the business culture
and operations.
So much is happening in business, as the economic recovery continues and the corporate landscape sees mergers and
expansion across previously disparate territories and demographic groups, and HR is in a powerful position if it can make the
right moves and secure a pipeline of high-‐performing talent in an emerging generation.
This event brings together Chief HR Officers, Vice-‐Presidents, Senior Directors and other executives and leaders to discuss the
challenges they face, the solutions they have built and the projects they have overseen. It will mix together high-‐level
presentations with interactive workshops, panel debates and peer-‐to-‐peer problem solving groups, and allow participants to
share their experiences, challenges and solutions with a broad range of like-‐minded professionals.
The three-‐stream format will allow people to construct their own programme, based on their own personal and professional
interests and priorities, and move freely between rooms and topics throughout the two days. Through this combination of
breadth and flexibility, this event will appeal to a wide range of HR professionals as well as business transformation
specialists and business leaders, with different focuses but with the same forward-‐thinking, progressive mentality towards
people management.
Globally-‐recognised though-‐leaders like Stacia Sherman Garr (Bersin), Bernard Marr (API), Annicken Rod Day (Cisco), Nita
Clarke (Engage for Success) and Sharlyn Lauby (HR Bartender) will lead keynote sessions and panel debates. Alongside these,
senior practitioners like Gary Kildare (CHRO, IBM), Richard Wells (CHRO, GateGroup), Kara Walsh (CHRO, SAP), Amelia Räss-‐
Fernandez (CHRO Orange CH), Geoff McDonald (Global VP HR, Unilever), Blake Nicholson (Head of People Analytics, ... cont/

practical, proven advice for others.

through talent analytics, Gen-‐Y leadership development, social media in engagement, designing a scalable HR function for
growth and acquisition, process robotics, cultural transformation, and new methods for performance management and
talent/career development. This is only the tip of the iceberg, however; over 40 sessions in total will cover a huge range of
important areas for HR professionals today.
