We’ll work with you to attract the best talent, guide them through the recruitment process, and successfully place them as your apprentice (please note; though all training costs will be covered by Cordant Engineering, their wage costs will be paid by your organisation).

Cordant Engineering is partnering with the Women’s Engineering Society and the WISE Campaign to tackle gender diversity in engineering recruitment.
As it stands, only 13% of the engineering workforce is female, while skills shortages threaten every sector. Cordant Engineering is working to address this issue through our three-part strategy.

CANDIDATESThe engineering industry faces the “leaky pipeline” problem, which means that even women who have engineering qualifications may not work in the industry.
