Company: Segment email lists by company size, revenue and employee strength

Age and Gender: If you are looking to sell consumer products better to list by gender and age group

Geography: Is your company targeting multiple countries? If yes, Please make sure email has list out by country

Industry: If you are selling business to business, email should be customized by industry before it roll out email campaign.
