•Poor combustion will build up yellow flames in the burner. So check for black soot or combustion residue around the furnace. If you find one, then call a furnace repair technician to fix the problem.

•Remove the sides of your furnace with a long nozzle vacuum cleaner.

•Clean the blades of your blower fan by using damp rag.•Lubricate your blower fan parts and other bearings.•Check the condition of fan belt attached to the blower. If you found any cracks in the belt, then replace it immediately with a new one.•Clean properly the flame sensors and the pilot.•Check the condition of thermocouple and limit switch. If they don’t work properly, replace them with new ones.
