1GENERAL

For data sheet, data sheet and sketch form shall simultaneously be used in principle, but the sketch sheet may be omitted, if the structure and dimensions may be indicated with only data sheet, due to simplicity of the equipment. In the case that remarks section is insufficient at the lower part of the data sheet, it is also good to attach between data sheet and sketch by additional drawing up on the line paper (blank format).

2SHEET NO. AND REVISION NO.

Sheet No. may be generated up to three pages, and these are the number of the data sheet itself. Revision shall be entered as revision 0 in the case of initial issue. Every time the revision of the concerned data sheet is generated, it shall be entered like 1, 2, 3.. in step. The method for revision shall apply the DWG method.

3PROJECT INFORMATION

Customer's name shall be entered in full name, if possible, and area and country name shall be entered for location. For service, the concerned system or process shall be entered.3.1 SupplierAs a supplier is decided after a purchase contract of the equipment is made, it shall be indicated by checking it when 1st phase vendor print is accepted.

3.2 No. ReqdEnter required number and unit of the equipment.If stand-by is required, they shall be separately marked.

4OPERATING CONDITIONS

These are the data mainly concerned with process, and shall be completely entered in the concerned process.

4.1 Material HandledMaterial handled refers to the material to be conveyed.

If the materials that are fed into the screen are different kinds, the analysis of these shall be entered. Namely, %WT or %VOL of each material shall be analyzed and indicated. In this case, if space is insufficient, the concerned number shall be noted and the remarks section at the lower part shall be used.

4.2 Density (Bulk/Real)

When materials are conveyed, only bulk density is usually needed, and real density is not used much; so, only bulk is marked.

In the case of mixed material, average shall be marked with average bulk density.When average is not obtained, minimum and maximum shall simultaneously be entered.i.e.: 1200 - 1800 KG/M3

4.3 Particle ShapeThis indicates the shape of fed material. Precise explanation is provided in the section of Size of Particle. This is drawn up for reference in screen design.

4.4 Moisture ContentThis indicates contained moisture when conveyed material is exposed in the air, and is indicated as Weight%. Material itself contains moisture, but this case is rare. Moisture content rate is marked with maximum value like 1%WT below.4.5 Feed TemperatureThis indicates the temperature when injecting material into screen. When this is not handled in the previous process, that it, when the temperature is the same as the air temperature, it is marked as Ambient Temperature.

4.6 Angle of ReposeThis means the angle of repose of materials, and is mainly used when designing hopper capacity. Depending on the kinds of equipment, there are cases that it is essentially necessary, and that it is utilized as reference data.

This data is forecast to be used as only reference data, and is not essentially necessary.However, when the type is dump type in the case of loading in trough, it is meaningful to review trough size.

4.7 Operating TypeOperating type shall be selected by classifying into a continuous operation or intermittent operation and auto start/stop or manual start/stop as indicated in the data sheet.

In the case of a special operating type, entering shall be made by using only remarks section. Regardless of the mode of automatic or manual start/stop, whether or not the local start/stop push button box has been installed shall be checked.

At the early stage of business, it shall be decided whether a vendor shall supply or purchase in blanket of the local start/stop push button box shall be made at the measuring site.

In the case of automatic type, the local push button box shall containremote switch.

When operation is frequently on/off in the intermittent operation type, entering shall be made by using the remarks section

(i.e.: On-off cycle time: 3 minutes or Time/Min.)

4.8 Operating TimeThis is also expressed as operating cycle, and this indicates how manyhours are operated a day. Operating time has something to do with factory working time of the business owner.

In the case of operating a factory with two shift units, operating time shall be 16hr/day, and in the case of three shift units, it shall be 24hr/day.

4.9 Method of LoadingThis is a method to feed material into screen. It is good to simultaneously mark a method to connect with previous equipment in terms of lay-out.

This also classifies if feed type is continuous, dump, or batch.

4.10 Unloading toThis indicates where to send conveyed material.

This also simultaneously marks the kinds of equipment in the next process and a connection method.

4.11 CapacityCapacity indicates material convey competency and volume.

For volume, normal and design are marked on the data sheet, and normal shall be marked essentially.

Design capacity shall be understood as equipment detail design from vendor, and rated capacity in the case of calculation.

Accordingly, marking shall be made by adding 10% to normal capacity in general, except for the case that design capacity is needed in terms of process, or margin is added to capacity at the request of the business owner.

4.12 Screen StageThis is to designate how many stages shall be needed to classify materials.

It is usually one stage, but it is two or more stages depending on situation.

The particle size that is separated by stage shall be designated.

4.13 Particle Size DistributionFor particle size, MM is mainly used for the unit in the case of conveyance. However, Tayler Mesh or (Micron) is used from time to time (when material is powder). Therefore, the appropriate unit shall be used, and MM shall be deleted. When particles are not uniform, their distribution shall be marked with %WT or %VOL. Especially, the particle to be obtained as product shall be precisely entered.

4.14 Material PropertiesMaterial properties express the chemical or physical properties of conveyed materials. The properties listed in the data sheet shall be selected. When a specific property is very strong in terms of classifying strong or weak properly, it is desirable to mark high or severe at the margin. If various properties are simultaneously contained, all the concerned properties shall be doubly selected and marked. If there are properties that are not listed in the data sheet, other section shall be selected and entered.4.15 InstallationThis indicates an installation place of the concerned equipment in terms of lay-out. Indoor/outdoor shall be selected.

The same conditions as under roof shall be entered.

5CONSTRUCTIONS

This is the item to refer to the structure and specification of equipment.

Only the items that are required in the process shall be entered, and others shall be drawn up by the vendor.

5.1 TypeThis refers to the type of vibrating screen. Here, only installation methods are classified. Provided that other special type is required, it shall be entered additionally.

5.2 Trough TypeThere are following types as the place to actually load materials:

(1) Covered TypeThis is the type that installed a cover for the trough, and is applied to dusty material or when it is required in terms of process.

(2) Open TypeThis is the type that there is no cover for trough.

(3) LiningThis is applied when lining is required to trough.

(4) Jacket TypeThis is the type that trough was made into a jacket type.

When trough needs to be manufactured in a jacket structure, whether to apply jacket or not, and the purpose shall be decided. In this case, entering shall be made by using remarks in terms of utility supply condition.

For the design pressure and temperature of the jacket, provided that there is no BEDD, they shall be designated along with utility supply condition.

5.3 Trough Seal TypeThis is to decide the cover and seal of trough when covering the trough. The trough seal type includes gas tightness, dust tightness, or air tightness.

5.4 SizeThis is the size of trough, and shall be reviewed and decided according to lay-out. However, vendor standard shall be referred to.

5.5 Screen TypeScreen type shall comply with vendor standard in principle.

5.6 Opening Size and ShapeOpening size and shape are the specification of screen, and shall comply with vendor standard.

5.7 Feed/Discharge ConnectionDischarge shall enter the type and size which are separated between product and off-grade and connected.

5.8 Vibrator TypeVendor standard shall be applied in principle, but it shall be decided by asking the opinion of the business owner at the early stage of a project. It is important whether it is an electronic mode or motor mode. When vibrator is installed in the explosion prevention area, unbalanced weight type shall not be applied to eG3 grade or higher

5.9 Vibrator Mounting and Driver No.This means the location and number of vibrator installation, and shall be decided by the concerned vendor.

5.10 Overall Dimension and WeightOverall dimensions and weight are the information provided by the vendor.

5.11 Vibrating Stroke, Speed and MotionThese are the data indicating the state when screen vibrates, and provided by the vendor.

6MATERIALS

The material shall generally be decided depending on the properties of materials or purpose of use. The material that contacts with raw material in terms of process shall be specified. If the materials of trough and frame are designated at least, other parts' materials shall be decided by the vendor. When selecting the materials, it shall be done in reference of material properties under the operating conditions.Especially, when designating trough material, a hard surface trough using abrasion resistant material is applied or lining is conducted in the case that materials with abrasion attributes exist.

7DRIVER

Unless extraordinary case, Supplied-by/Mounted-by shall be provided by the vendor. Driver-related matters shall be conduced by Post Detail-related department; therefore, driver is not needed to be specially designated, and it is OK not to enter the details of driver.

7.1 ManufacturerManufacturer refers to a manufacturer of the motor.

Unless motor is supplied separately from the screen, the screen vendor shall decide. However, there may be a case that a specific motor manufacturer is decided first operation, maintenance and control at the request of the business owner.

7.2 TypeAlthough motor type is decided by TEFC in general, previous period's SPEC. type is standardized at the early stage of a project. For this reason, the type shall comply with the previous period's SPEC type.

7.3 Rated OutputThis is the rated output of the motor, and vendor shall decide rated output In accordance with capacity.

7.4 PoleThis refers to the number of revolution of motor, and shall be decided by the vendor.

7.5 RPM

This is the RPM of the motor, and shall be decided by Pole according to voltage.

7.6 Phase, Cycle, VoltsThese are standardized over the whole plant at the early stage of a project, and shall be provided via previous period's SPEC or utility supply conditions.

7.7 Rated AmpereThis is reference data provided by the vendor.

7.8 ReducerIn the vibrating screen, reducer is required from the motor type, and shall be presented by the vendor. Rating shall be decided by service factors depending on the rated-output of the motor.

7.9 CouplingWhen using the vibrator, coupling is not needed. When using motor and reducer separately, coupling is needed. Greater rating shall be selected than the output torque of the motor, and it is presented by the vendor.

7.10 TransmissionThis is the device connecting the reducer and shaft of the screen. Mainly, belt type is used.

7.11 LubricationThis refers to lubrication type with regard to reducer, motor and coupling, and is presented by the vendor.

8ACCESSORIES

The supply classification of accessories is related with the supply scope of equipment itself, and is decided according to operation/system. If possible, whether accessories are required shall be decided when drawing up the process data. If explanation is sufficiently made with process requirements and special requirements, all matters shall be mentioned. For this reason, it is not impossible for the Detail Dept. to select.

8.1 IsolatorIsolator is installed in order to interrupt vibration when screen is installed In the floor. Provided that the floor type is structure, the isolator shall always be supplied.8.2 Flexible JointFlexible joint is needed when trough is covered type and is connected with chute.8.3 Suspension RodsSuspension rods shall always be supplied when vibration screen is a suspension Type. When installing screen, suspension rods connect the screen body with upper part of insert plate/hole or structure. For suspension rods, turn buckle and eye bolt are used.

8.4 Companion Flange/Gasket/Bolt and NutsThe vendor shall supply the other flange and necessary materials, because connection part does not well fit when connecting with flexible or chute in terms of feed/discharge. Except for the accessories mentioned above, any specially added accessories shall be mentioned using the remarks section.

8.5 Setting (Anchor) Bolt/NutsThese shall always be supplied by the vendor, regardless of type.

8.6 Inspection DoorsInspection door is required in the case of a covered type.

8.7 Feed/Discharge HopperIn the case of a covered type, feed/discharge hopper shall be decided by comparing and reviewing lay-outs.8.8 Local PanelWhen the type is an electronic type, or capacity is controlled, the local panel is needed, but whether to be supplied by the vendor shall be decided in consultation with the Business Dept.

9REMARKS

Remarks shall be used as a section to write the requirements difficult to mention or impossible using the upper part of the data sheet format.
