The Hotel Schweizerhof Luzern opened its doors in 1845

and has been owned by the Hauser family since 1861.

Patrick and Michael Hauser are the fifth generation to run

the hotel. They inherited the tradition of hospitality and,

together with Hotel Director Clemens Hunziker and team,

they endeavour to put it into practice in the highest sense

of the world. The hotel itself is a historical building with

historical décor, an ultramodern infrastructure and, natu-

rally, the high aspiration of “Empathy & Excellence”.

Zeugheer(1812 -1866)firstopeneditsdoors,Empress

Eugénie, wife of Napoleon III, praised it saying that there

was no prettier ballroom in all of France. Not much has

changed since then, and today more than ever the hall

exudesthesplendourofthenewrenaissancestyle.But

warnyourspeakers:thebeautyoftheZeugheerHallcan

leave one speechless!

WinterGarden

The wonderful extension of the Zeugheer Hall is well

This wonderful hall, completed in 1887, was designed by

thecourtarchitectArnoldBringolf-Hauser(1851-1946)

both restaurants, it can also accommodate large banquets

ofupto800guests.
