Terms and Conditions: Long stay rates (LSR) are valid only if the minimum stay requirements are met in a continu-ous stay. Valid for Senior guests only on production of a valid Seniors card. Maximum stay is 16 weeks. Rates are for 2 guests only. Any additional guests at standard rates. **LSR are valid in offpeak and winter periods only. An additional charge of $10 per night for sites and $40 per night for cabins over the Cooly Rocks On peak 5 night period. LSR do apply over June/July holidays. However, LSR do not apply over NSW and QLD Easter and Sept/Oct school holidays. Any nights of stay during these periods will be at standard rates. Not valid with any other discounts except for a once off BIG4 discount on arrival of $50 for both Perks+ VIPerks members. PAYMENT: 1 night’s stay is required as a deposit upon booking. A further 6 nights is required by 1st May 2019 to secure your booking. Final dates must be given at this time. Once arrived, a minimum of 2 weeks payment is required at a time. Should you reduce your stay and leave early, the difference in the weekly rate will be payable. CANCELLATION: A minimum of 1 month is required for cancellation. If less than 1 month is given, your 1 week’s deposit will be retained. GUARANTEED SITES: Please note that we do not guarantee cabin or site numbers. You may be moved to a site or cabin of the same type at the Manager’s discretion.

Our Kitchen and Lounge is Australia’s best with a fire place and balcony over looking the Billabong. Many guests come back year after year to catch up with old friends and make new ones. Our long stay rates are available for continuous stays of more than 4, 8 or 12 weeks over the offpeak times. Tweed Heads offers 5 clubs with entertainment, meals and of course golf and bowls. There’s always something to do.
