It doesn't matter how much you read, but you need to be reading.  You also need to make sure you have a book in class everyday.  You never know when your next book check might be. 

Study--

You should be studying all of the vocabulary words we've used so far this year.  You will have a quiz on Friday, September 6th that will cover the parts of speech, the steps of the writing process, and the subject/predicate definitions.
