We provide you with several payment options: - Full Season payment (1 payment)- Half Season payments (2 payments)- Monthly Installment plan (price per class will be +€2 higher due to administrative costs)

New members are welcome at any time during the season (subject to availability). Season payment will be prorated according to the number of classes remaining.

PLEASE NOTE: it is also possible to attend our classes MORE then once a week. Please ask at the reception desk or call us.

POLICIES AT THE LITTLE GYM®

Family Membership Fee The annual membership fee is €40. As a member of The Little Gym Den Haag, your family is entitled to discounts on Birthday Parties, Holiday and Summer Camps, and special events. If you are signed up to receive our electronic newsletters, you will also receive prior notification of all events and promotions and will have priority enrolment in future programmes we offer. Membership fees must be paid prior to enrolment. It is non-refundable and will not be prorated.

Make-Up Policy Classes cancelled due to illness or holidays may be made up in an alternative class on any week during the season for which tuition has been paid according to availability. Notification must be received no later than 8.30 (a.m.) on the day of the class for you to be entitled to a make-up class. Please note the classes which for some reason have not been made up during the paid season will not be transferred to the next season. Cancellations can be made only via the website form or personally at the reception of our Voorburg location.

Clothing Children should wear comfortable clothing and must be barefoot to maximise safety and freedom. Jewellery, food and chewing gum are not permitted in the gym. Adults entering the gym are asked to remove shoes (adults may wear socks). The Little Gym Den Haag is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Refunds The notice period for dropping out of The Little Gym programme is one month. The annual membership fee is non-refundable. Refunds will be based on classes that are scheduled in the future. Missed classes are non-refundable and are only valid during the enrolment period.

Responsibilities We make every reasonable effort to ensure the safety of children in the gym and while they are in the lobby. Parents or guardians are ultimately responsible for their safety in the lobby and when entering and leaving The Little Gym. The Little Gym Den Haag is not liable for any injury or accident or lost property of any nature and for any reason whatsoever, except in the case of intent or deliberate recklessness on the part of The Little Gym The Hague or its managers. Neither The Little Gym Den Haag nor its employees can be held responsible for the loss, damage or theft of goods on the territory of the gym.

Parent-Child (10-36 months) As parents, you take part in these fun and interactive classes,

celebrating the exploration of basic motor and social skills together with your child.

Pre-School Gymnastics (3-6 years) This progressive programme introduces children to

gymnastics and helps them develop motor, social, and cognitive skills.

Primary School Gymnastics (6-12 years) Beginners, intermediate and advanced classes in which

students conquer the mat, vault, bar and beam. Holiday Camps

During the school holidays, rain or shine, The LittleGym® half-day camps

provide children with a fabulous variety of fun, activity, learning and

creativity. Themed sessions that change every week stimulate

physical and motor-skill development with games and gymnastics, all in the

care of our qualified and dedicated team of instructors.

The Big Birthday Party!

The Little Gym® offers fully supervised gymnastic based, private parties for children of all ages. Parties, led by two of our fully qualified instructors, are filled with music, games, obstacle courses and lots of laughter and FUN.
