There is no way to name everyone that helped make sure our Easter Egg Hunt night

was a success! Many people stuffed eggs, hid eggs, decorated the field and the church,

cooked supper, did crosswalk, greeted guests, led a class, acted in the skit, and helped

clean up and put everything away! The Piney folks are the absolute best and we

sincerely thank you for all your help! We had 2 teens raise their hands that they asked Jesus into their

hearts at the end of the resurrection skit and everyone who did anything had a part in those decisions!

A special thank you to the Jon Lockridge family for the use of their wonderful farm! Bro. Ricky & Mrs. Joan After Easter when the children are finished playing with their eggs, if you want to donate any to

the children’s department we will take them!

HELP NEEDED KEEPING EVERYONE SAFE! We need more people

to volunteer to serve on the crosswalk on Sunday mornings and Wednesday

nights. You only serve once every 4 to 5 weeks. We are looking for adult men

and boys age 16 and up. Please call the church at 256-927-3214 and we placed

sign up sheets in the Sunday School rolls and on both information tables.

We have a BIG need for help in our preschool department during Worship on Sundays (11:00 am & 6:00 pm). All of our parents who have children ages 0-4 are currently serving on the

schedule. However we have more babies than workers! It is a blessing to have so many children that need our care. We are looking for volunteers that will serve once every 5-6 weeks to help our parents out!

We accept volunteers college age and up! Call the church office as we need to prepare the next quarterly schedule for May-August. We placed sign up sheets in your Sunday School rolls and on both info. tables! Thank you so much!

New Member Fellowship April 19 at 6:00 pm! Our menu is sandwiches, finger foods, chips, dips, and desserts. As usual, we ask our old members to bring enough to share with

our new members. Drinks will be furnished. Let’s make sure we have enough sandwiches and finger foods for all of our members. Last time we had more chips/dip than other foods…(hint...hint) Make plans to attend and welcome those who have recently joined our fellowship!
