•Sign ups will be in the back to work registration the days of the blood drive! (4 volunteers per slot from 1 to 7 pm)

Art for Alzheimer’s Gala Event• Fri, Nov 12• 12 – 4 (1 hour slots) 4 volunteers to oversee previewers of

artwork• 4 – 6 : 4 volunteers for feast set up crew• 4 – 6 : 6 food servers serving edible art appetizers• 4 – 6 : 4 drink servers• 4 – 6 : 4 check out clerks to help pack and assist loading

artwork.• 4 – 6 : 4 runners• 4 – 6 : 2 bathroom stewards!• SO MANY OPPORTUNITIES! • Will need to dress nicely (AND WARM – the heat’s not

working) for the event, just casual.

•Friday, November 19•4 to 9 pm•Decorating, preparing TURKEYS, etc!•Chair – Sarah Snyder•Saturday, November 20•8:30 to 12:30, 12:30 to 5, or ALL DAY!•Preparing, serving, cleaning up Thanksgiving

Dinner or ticket takers, help at the craft table with kids!

• Tiqvah is an afterschool program in Canton that helps children grades 1st – 9th learn to be independent by providing them with education help and helping them develop a strong faith.

• Tiqvah needs LOTS of help doing various things!• 2:30 – 3:30 is student arrival/snack time.• 3:00 – 4:00 is phys ed/chapel.• 4:00 – 5:00 is homework time (and personal hygiene/tooth brushing time)!• 5:00 -6:00 is enrichment and bible time.• Plus, they have other events like a Dancing with The Stars and Community

Thanksgiving!• If you are interested, sign up – I will email you the weekly schedule and

volunteer guidelines.• You can email Larry and go whenever you want!• This is a great organization and if you commit, please stick with it. These

kids neeeeed you! And they will be sad if you stop coming to see them.

Sanders Wildlife Rehab Center

•They are in need of lots of items to help care for the animals!

•Please bring your spare change to throw into the bottle that will be passed around each week – money will go towards a gift card for Sanders.

•Items include medical stuff, perishable food items, pet supplies, and other items.

Raider Relief•Sunday, Nov 14•T&H 100 – 5:00 pm•Help SAAC by creating the test tubes and

packages to sell to raise money for wells of fresh drinking water in places where they don’t have access and suffer from diseases due to this deficiency.

QUITE reached 20 hours yet.• Just a reminder to push yourself!

• It’s already November 9th!• We have 1262.75 hours…. but that means

we have 1,373.25 hours to go until we meet 3,000!

• Remember to turn in ALL outside hours you do, even if they don’t count towards your

personal goal, they count towards our chapter goal!
