    Session 10.7: Key messages

    • Feedback is an essential element of an NTD programme

    • District NTD managers or supervisors are responsible to provide feedback

    • Stakeholders should know

    - how the programme progressing;

    - where they are; and

    - where to go next in terms of expectations and goals.

    • Feedback is a useful tool for indicating

    - whether the programme activities are in the right direction

    - what changes are needed for improving programme

    performance
