Worked as a consultant to Bechtel Parsons Brinkerhloff, with responsibility for designing and
implementing on the job training (OJT) activities for low-income adults at world-classengineering and construction companies working on the Central Artery Tunnel Project. 78% ofthose completing OJT were able to maintain permanent jobs in the companies they trained with.85% went on to college.
