Sophia Loren was a glamorous Sixties bombshell

and this rosy-hued cocktail, made with a dash of

tomato liqueur and crowned with fried basil,

is a tribute to her Italian origins.

Copperhead gin, Theoria Perfidie liqueur, tamarillo,

strawberry and blood orange.

Sparkling Side Of The Moon £21

Bold, beguiling, and always surprising, Pink Floyd

first appeared on the Sixties scene. As an homage, this

sparkling cocktail is every bit as popular and unexpected

as their music.

A clarified punch made with Bulleit 10 Bourbon,

Cognac, Grand Marnier, Fernet Branca, passion

berries, juniper, coriander, mint, chamomile top up

with Champagne.

The perfect tailored and sophisticated Man About

Town is inspired by its namesake magazine – a must-

read 1960’s periodical – and is cocktail for the refined

gentleman.

ale beer reduction, Dulse seaweed and sage tincture.

Anointed Queen of the Sixties by dedicated followers of

fashion, Mary Quant is best known for creating the daring

miniskirt. Just like her style, this pink and sparkling cocktail

is a cheeky little number.
