Procedure

If proposal Approved, Letter of Approval (LOA) issued by Development Commissioner in Form G

Send acceptance letter along with Bond cum Legal Undertaking to development commissioner, Lease Agreement between the developer & Entrepreneur (Form H) has to registered with sub registrar.

Submit the final documents to Development Commissioner- Bond cum legal undertaking, Registered Lease agreement.

and cost thereof. Out of which how much will be imported and how much will be procured domestically.
