Learning the importance of sharing and thus caring (whilst using ourarray of props such as puppets, Bear-in-Boxes, Mystery Box Time, andcostumes) whilst we explore positive values and good habits in strivingtowards become exceptional individuals.Working in teams to study, and role-play various scenes: How do weimprove the situation in the scene to make it positive and beneficial?Exploring Synonyms and Antonyms and applying them to class andactivities... and More!

Shadow puppet play: developing stories and presenting them using lightand shapes in pairs and larger groups Emotional Goals: How we get from one emotion, to another – Whatmakes us happy? Social skills: Exploring basic/age-appropriate communication skillsthrough role play (Organizing and hosting a class party) Beauty vs Beast: Learning to look beyond skin deep – the beauty of goodhabits and virtues and values (exploring kindness, politeness, care andconcern)... and more!

(suitable for ages 3 and above)                             In this camp curriculum, special emphasis is given on:(1) storytelling simply using movement and facial expression + musicinstruments through beats and rhythm; (2) Using simple key words to initiatestorytelling and thus provide direction for dramatization.  Campers get to bring to life their own mini-stories; and learn what it takes to create and develop a tale.Role-play and characterization will helpin growth for all campers.

Differences amongst all of us - let's from about, of and with each other!Self-acceptance – “What makes us special?” Working on oral and presentation skills – Reading confidently, sharingour voices - speaking up and speaking out!Scaffolding ideas to encourage critical thinking and allow for creativedrama and expression...

(suitable for ages 3 and above) With literary work including Elmer and the Rainbow by David Mckee, Lighty Faust the Lion by Anna Hymas, Down the Back of the Chair by Margaret Mahy as literary tools for this camp theme; we shall explore educational and life benefiting topics in thoughtful yet fun and joyful fashion, celebrating diversity, and self/social acceptance and understanding. After all, who better to do it with than Elmer thePatchwork Elephant? A few of our Camp Goals:

(suitable for ages 4 years old and above) In Camp Endangered Animals; our little campers and edutainers immerse in a curriculum that bring together heart and spirit for the betterment of the selves whilst learning the importance of preserving other living things - animals! Pretending to be specific animals or making friends with them; dramatization and language learning take center stagein this term. Children will have plenty of opportunities to grow from within – inlanguage skills (speech, grammar, vocabulary) in confidence (through role-play), and in teamwork with creative brainstorm and problem solving. Save My Endangered Animal, Camp Project:Campers will be able to work as a team to create a unique creature with itsown special features and facts.Children will then be able to create scenes, scripts, situations, challengesand/or solutions to ensure that their endangered animal continue to thrive. They will also take on various roles and characters in producing a recordedplay of their original tale of the wild!

(suitable for ages 4 and above) Get Up on Your Feet – and to Everyone You Meet – this Time in Africa! Campers go west to the African continent to learn about the various African culture whilst immersed in age- appropriate folktales to learn about their art in culture. The art exploration includes the study of pictures, videos, and booksto both encourage creative expression, and allow the understanding of art inthe life of another.Campers then build upon their art camp experience by merging what they have learned and integrating their own artistic opinions and  ideas through the creation of their very own (Camp Master Project) Tribal Village of people, animals, homes, and the natural surrounding; an art project to take home and share what they have learnedand created.

Art Camp Title: Tribal Africa!

Art Camp Title: Art Superhero(Suitable for ages 5 years old and above) In the age of Superheroes, one cannot help but get on the heroic bandwagon with Camp Art Superhero! Art Masters turn superhero in creating their own journey of adventure in art and craft – while charting their story from beginning to end.  Campers collaborate with teachers to create their very own superhero story while matching appropriate projects to both build and enhance their own experience. Art projects to include; Superhero masks / Super Capes – Soar like a hero! / Power Bands; What’syour Power? … And more. (Camp Master Project: My Hero @ Canvas)

(Suitable for ages 3 years old and above) In Art Masters Appreciation Camp; When the Wind Blows – we draw inspiration from two amazing literary works, When the Wind Blows by Linda Booth Sweeney and Action Jackson by Jan Greenberg.  Action Jackson by Jan Greenberg – a children’s book introducing; Jackson Pollock. Known for: Abstract Expression Art Pieces; with a famous technique for pouring or splashing paint on to horizontal surfaces. Little artists will pace through different camp modules including CircleTime, Hey, Mystery!, The Word and, of course, Craft Time, for a trulyholistic art experience! With the help of the above literary works; children get to create art projectsthat marry movement and media to produce art pieces, organically, and injoyful fashion! Art is most definitely, fun! Fun Games resulting in ArtPieces! * Paint Races! – children challenge each other in races using differentutensils and media on paper, canvas or pieces of wood by blowing paint,using straws, to create patterns and designs!* Splash Out! – using spoons and brushes (do not forget your aprons,haircaps and goggles!) to spray media onto bases as far as you can!* Team Colour Race! – in groups; little artists have to work together totransport colours from one end to another to complete their group artwork! Art Camp Title: Taming Dragons! (Suitable for ages 3 years old and above) In Camp T a m i n g D r a g o n s; let’s soar into the skies with dragons in dragon tales, and dragon-themed art projects. Campers are; 1. Introduced to/identify various materials and then categorizing them into groups. For example; objects that are plastic (bottles, bubble wrap, etc) and those that are made of paper (gift wrap, cardboard,paper rolls) – and then turning these recycled and non-recycle materialsinto work projects.  2. Children get to explore and choose from a selected range of dragon-based characters (cartoon characters or literary characters,including Pete’s Dragon & Toothless in How to Train a Dragon) in art.Using shapes as bearing; children are able to identify the shapes that makeup each character. After identifying the shapes and practise; children willthen learn to re-create the dragon characters whilst marrying their owncreative ideas to produce their very own (Camp Master Project) DragonSuit! Games, Art Activities & Projects include Chinese Dragon Painting (using Asian brush to create dragon- character cards in black ink), The Green Dragon Table Toy, Class Animal Hand Painting, and more!
