October 2013 - Present Serco Inc. Project/ Program Manager

Project Manager for shipboard system installations on multiple large projects simultaneously, such as SSEE Inc. F, NMT and CANES under the SEA Enterprise II contract. These duties have included tracking the status of subcontracting and materials in support of multiple communications installations on going concurrently. I initiate and track status of RFQ’s, SOW’s, Fabrication Requests and schedule/ coordinate the efforts of subcontracted services and communicate directly with Task Leaders to ensure they solve any issues that may arise during installations, as well as, assist in any emergent requirements. I hold the ability to and am proficient in estimating installations of most ALL types and can create and provide input for EVM, WBS, CDR’s/ CORNs and POAM (Microsoft Project) development. I play an intricate role in tracking and managing cost on several delivery orders simultaneously, addressing/ adjusting issues as they present themselves and make appropriate corrections. In addition, I am capable of inputting this data into Government databases such as IMO and SPIDER. I continuously strive to provide outstanding office support and communicate well with all.

I served as a Project Manager for shipboard system installations on multiple large projects simultaneously, such as SSEE Inc. E & F, SHF-WSC6 (V)9 and “E” variant, ISNS/ GIG-E LAN and CANES. These duties have included tracking the status of subcontracting and materials in support of multiple communications installations on going concurrently. Also, I am involved in the research and resolution of drawing discrepancies and hard to obtain materials/equipment. In addition, I am a liaison between the Project Team, SPAWAR, MARMC, vendors, government and military entities, as necessary. I initiate and track status of RFQ’s, SOW’s, Fabrication Requests and schedule/ coordinate the efforts of pickup and delivery of various installation materials and government property from vendors to installation locations. I ensure that the proper documentation accompanying the material is signed, filed or forwarded to the appropriate parties. I am superior at coordinating resources needed to complete a project. I communicate directly with Task Leaders to ensure they solve any issues that may arise during installations, as well as, assist in any emergent requirements. I hold the ability to and am proficient in estimating installations of most ALL types and can create and provide input for Earned Value Management, Work Breakdown Structure, CDR’s/ CORNs and POAM (Microsoft Project) development. I play an intricate role in tracking and managing cost on several delivery orders simultaneously, addressing/ adjusting issues as they present themselves and make appropriate corrections. In addition, I am capable of inputting this data into Government databases such as IMO. I continuously strive to provide outstanding office support and communicate well with all. Assisted in the installation of SHF (WSC-6) onboard USS Leyte Gulf and SHF (WSC-6(V)9) onboard USS Ramage. Assistant Task Leader onboard USS Leyte Gulf as well as Task Leader for close out while the original Task Leader transferred to another ship. Responsibilities included tasking team members to various jobs around the ship and overseeing all aspects of the installation process. Waveguide installation Team Leader onboard USS Ramage. Responsibilities included overseeing and assisting in the design, fabrication and installation of the waveguide run as well as connectorization. Assisted in the installation of SHF and INMARSAT onboard USNS Bold. Assistant Task Leader in the installation of TV-DTS and CENTRIXS onboard USS LaSalle in Gaeta, Italy. Assistant Task Leader onboard USS Gunston Hall during the installation of SINGARS and TSS. Served

as Team Leader of Communication Center (Radio) installing SHF (WSC-6) onboard USS Gunston Hall. Served as Assistant Task Leader onboard USS Ashland installing GIG-E LAN as well as Task Leader for the power mod that goes along with it. My basic responsibilities included overseeing personnel and tasking numerous crews on a daily basis. Served as Assistant Task Leader onboard USS Saipan installing EPLRS and MAGTF. Served as Task Leader relocating OE-82 onboard USS Stout as part of a SHF install. Other duties included team leader of a multitude of tasks.
