Comment: Shimeka you are an asset to your company, you always arrive with a positive attitude to the work and I have seen great teamwork skills from you in without words. As a dancer you have a natural flair with movement however you now know what you need to be able to stretch and challenge yourself; you are more than capable of reaching for those higher grades. You need to work more on your confidence in performance so you are pushing yourselfso that you look completely at ease.

Comment: Shimeka you are a good physical performer and you are great fun to work with, I want to challenge you to work with a member of your company that you wouldn't normally work with as this with push your ideas and bring out your confidence in rehearsal. You need to work on giving yourself achievable targets and drafting action plans so that you know what you need to do to keep pushing yourself and how you can achieve your goals. You showed great skills with dance in without words and it was a pleasure to see you explore and see your passion come through in your performance. Comment: You've made a great start on your logbook but I want to see more reflective thinking about how you felt duringrehearsals and workshops, which you have started but push this further onto the company blog site as well. You have hada tendency to bring personal matters into the rehearsal room, so you need to work on separating the working space from the outside world. Keep doing what you are doing but keep challenging yourself, I want to see you in the next process put more ideas into the pot and take a leadership role in a warm up. I'm looking forward to continue working with you and looking at what dance you can bring the Wedding on the Eiffel Tower
