    Day 1

    An INR case is filed by Buyer

    Seller has 7 days to respond & upload tracking number

    (OR) Seller provides full refund to surrender and eBay closes the case

    Another 7 Days

    An INR is escalated by Buyer and eBay make judgment

    If tracking number shows the status as DELIVERED, then Seller wins

    (OR) if tracking number does NOT show the status as DELIVERED, Buyer wins

    CASE CLOSED

    Another 45 Days

    Seller has only ONE chance to appeal with valid Proof of Delivery (POD)

    Appeal denied: The tracking number isnt uploaded during the first 7 days

    Appeal denied: The tracking number doesnt show a valid POD

    Appeal denied: More than one 1 appeal is raised

    Appeal denied: Refund was made earlier

    Appeal denied: Time Out (later than 45 days after the case is closed)

  • But I got the Shipping Proof For INR case, eBay will only take POD into consideration. POS is invalid.
