We enable entrepreneurs, graphic designers and individuals start a shirt business from the comfort of their homes - risk free and hassle free. These individuals, a.k.a. store owners, sell thousands of shirts to diverse niche markets that you are most probably part of - like your school, your favorite band, or your favorite tv series. Many of the store owners had their first entrepreneurial experience at shirt.ly, and helping them get started and grow are what we are passionate about.

Shirt.ly was founded in September 2014 when our founder’s shirt business failed because of excess inventory. Many people loved his shirt designs, but they were not enough to generate a profit. This propelled us to create a platform that removes this risk (and hassle).

From a one-man team that operated from a garage’s stock room, we are now composed of 8 young passionate, forwarding-thinking and entrepreneurial individuals who are motivated by learning, growth and significance. Supply Chain HeadOur Operations team is looking for a passionate, process-oriented, results-driven and innovative supply chain head. He will directly report to the COO. Critical responsibilities include heading the end to end supply chain process of processing orders — from buying raw materials, managing inventory, negotiating with suppliers, creating purchase orders, managing production partners and ensuring that customers receive quality garments based on our committed timeline.

Responsibilities • Ensures inventory level of raw materials are above critical level to avoid out of stock • Drafts contracts and negotiates with suppliers and production partners • Oversees warehouses to ensure raw materials are properly stocked • Creates Purchase Orders • Ensures that orders are produced and delivered to customers on time in good quality • Develops innovative and strategic operational plans in support to sales growth and

expansion

Requirements • Has a bachelor’s degree in business management, entrepreneurship, operations

management or any business related course • Has experience in retail operations and/or e-commerce operations • Has a background in procurement, inventory management, garment production and

warehouse management • Ability to manage multiple suppliers, production partners and operations associates • Process-oriented and keen to detail • Self motivated, driven and able to work autonomously if needed • Flexible and can adapt to change quickly • Possess basic skills in Microsoft Excel • Business level fluency in English and Filipino

Account Specialist

Our Sales & Acquisition team is looking for a passionate, forward-thinking, results-driven and ambitious account specialist. He will directly report to the CEO. Critical responsibility includes helping store owners make it happen from sign up to activation, and conceptualising, developing and implementing iterative, relevant, diverse, actionable sales strategies for store owners.

Responsibilities • Provides mentorship and day-to-day support to stores • Assesses the performance and potential of stores • Implements existing digital sales strategies for selected stores • Conceptualises, develops and executes new digital sales strategies • Serves as shirt.ly’s main point person for store owner concerns • Serves as shirt.ly’s expert on store sales strategies • Maintains and updates the shirt.ly store sales playbook • Can explain the ins and outs of how shirt.ly works

Requirements • Has a bachelors degree in business management, entrepreneurship or marketing • Has had projects related to online or offline sales & marketing strategies • Clear communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate a strategy or

idea clearly and concisely • Outstanding analytical and planning skills with the ability to recommend actionable

Marketing Design AssociateOur Sales & Acquisition team is looking for a passionate, collaborative, solution-focused and service-oriented marketing design associate. He will directly report to the Account Specialist. Critical responsibility includes uploading the product templates of store owners from dashboard to storefront and preparing the necessary AI files for producing shirts.

Responsibilities • Answers store concerns regarding shirt designs and design files • Knows the ins and outs of producing hirts and printing designs • Uploads the product templates submitted by store owners to their storefront • Provides the AI files needed by the Operations team for producing shirts • Converts high resolution PSD files to AI files • Serves as shirt.ly’s main point person for product photos and design files • Maintains and updates the shirt.ly design guide

Requirements • Has undergone any bachelor degree for two years • Has 2 years of experience in using Adobe Illustrator • Clear communication skills with the ability to explain a process • Self motivated, driven and able to work autonomously if needed • Ability to learn the ins and outs of producing shirts and printing designs • Openness to collaborate with diverse teammates and partners • Basic fluency in English and Filipino

Customer Relationship Associate

Our Operations team is looking for passionate, service-oriented, solution-focused and optimistic customer relationship associate. He will directly report to the Customer Relationship Head. Critical responsibility includes resolving product and order issues by analyzing customers’ complaints, determining the cause of the problem, creating and explaining the best solution to the problem and following up with teams to ensure issues are resolved.

Requirements • Has undergone any bachelor’s degree for two years • Has a background in customer relationship management, communications or selling • Good written and verbal skills (English and Filipino) • Strong interpersonal skills • Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to adverse situations • Ability to analyze problems and select the best solution to the problem • Patience, empathy and unique ability to manage stress
