Businesses can remind customers of current products as well as build hype for upcoming products.
It is important for businesses to remember a few things when using Facebook.
•Content on Facebook should drive customers to your store or website
•All content should look professional and not look like it’s someone’s personal Facebook page.
Twitter is a great way for businesses to monitor and possibly manage their reputation online.
People feel free to express their opinions on Twitter
And those unfiltered opinions can make or break a company’s reputation

Blogs written by industry experts can have a major influence on customers
Making a positive connection with these experts can also help with customer relationship management
