ADJUSTABLE FUNCTION DESCRIPTION

Adjustable structures:through unscrew the adjusting screws to adjust the position angle between 0-30°，applicable and durable,with cover cap,elegant appearance;

Anti-falling structures : ensure the hinge keeps vertical and stable when moving, to avoid the glass droops in the using progress;

Panel convenient and replaceable for standardized production;

Mechanical bearing: can be sustained spinning 800 times per minute in a long term(Now the plastic bearing in the market to be used after 5,000 times would be abrased or damaged),but mechanical bearing can pass the 150,000 times spinning test without something lost

Center shaft: for seal type structure, to be more safety ,durability and tight;

Custom screws:the screws are not easy to slide or fall off with antiskid stripes;screw diameter for 5mm can be sustained 18-19N have strong firmness(the common best screw torsion is 12.9N to use for 4mm screw is under 11.9N)

Rubber spacer:the friction is good than asbestine spacer,PVC spacer and PE spacer,not easy to chap after use for 3-5 years,rubber spacer let the hinges to be more fastness;
