CARAMEL COLOUR Available in various formulations, for any applications in food and beverage and according to users specification. Liquid or powder are in conformity with the four classes from the European regulation 94/36/Ce (E150a, E150b, E150c and E150d).

BURNT SUGARNatural colour produced without any chemical additive. It gives flavour and colour to the productwhere it’s added.

AROMATIC CARAMELA bitter-sweet sauce commonly used for

garnishing puddings, desserts and ice-creams.

ANTHOCIANSNatural red colours from natural raw material

The industrial group was born to produce caramel colours forfood and beverage industry. The history started in Italy with

the foundation of Sicna, in 1961, in the surrounding of Milan.In 1967 was established Secna in Spain, specialized in

natural colours production from vegetable raw materials.Secna production site is in Valencia, in the heart of a mainly

agricultural area. In this fifty years of history, the group hasgained a wide experience, over passing the limits of their

own activities. Good technologies, innovative installationsand big investments in structures and logistics give

extreme flexibility in production to assure the dispatch inshort times of any order.
