Gas sampling bags are used for whole air sampling as economical alternatives to canisters for sampling VOC’s and other gases.Tedlar® has been the most common film used for sampling bags. Recently, Dupont®, the manufacturer of Tedlar, stopped the production of Tedlar film for the gas sampling bag market. At Sigma-Aldrich, we have been successful in sourcing a suitable replacement and are pleased to offer our new Supel-Inert film, a proprietary fluoropolymer, developed specifically for air sampling applications.
