Structural Glazing

Structural Glazing with silicone is aspecialized curtain walling system, whichallows perfectly uniform large glazedspaces, not interrupted by traditionalframes or any other supporting or fittingsystem projecting out of the pane of theglass. Instead of being fitted in theframes, the glass is fixed to a support,which in turn is attached to the structuralelement of the building, the tightness ofthe whole being obtained by a siliconeseal. The glass is fixed on the support bymeans of the silicone seal along theedges of the internal surface.
