Initial discussions with HEA panel chair has indicated that it would be possible for evidence of OER contribution to be recorded as evidence for HEA fellows.

Is it possible to develop a wider agreement on RnR for oer contribution?Will it ever be as recognised as traditional paper publication? If not why not?
