Implementation Approach: Before the implementation of the program will be conducted preliminary surveys in
the form of interviews with some prospective participants and their superiors to determine training needs and problems faced.
The basic design of the program will be adjusted to obtain the appropriate programs.
Program Evaluation: To examine the effectiveness of this development program, we will conduct an evaluation carried out in two stages:
Immediately after implementation, to determine the effectiveness of the workshop. After ± 1 month, to examine the effectiveness of the program.
Survey the effectiveness of this program will be done by seeking input on the application and a change in behavior, directly from the participants and their superiors.

Pre Work Workshop
Participants will follow the workshop designed based on their
competencies development needs.
Participants have the chance to discuss their actual challenges with colleagues and facilitators. They will follow various experiential learning activities to practice implementing the skills learned in the workshop.
The participants will define the necessary action plan to overcome
the challenge(s) for further self development and learning
application to their specific challenge and situation in the work place.
Participants will reflect to identify the challenges they face
in relation to the various topics in the
program.
The real challenges and situations
identified will be the topic of various discussions and
activities during the workshop and will be
the reference for action planning at
the end of the workshop.
WORKSHOP OVERVIEW
Post Work
Participants is welcome for telementoring via email or
telephone from the facilitator when they face challenges in
applying the learnings from the workshop. The participants are
invited to visit MDI Learning Center when they need various
references for further self development.
