International Trading Concentration

Know-thy-Major

What is ITC?The International Trading Concentration - Launched in 2006 in partnership with IE Singapore, with the primary aim of equipping SMU undergraduates for careers with companies operating in the trading value chain such as in trading, shipping, logistics, trade finance and maritime services

Why ITC?• Unparalleled learning opportunities with

experienced industry practitioners as lecturers

• Intimate access to some of the world’s largest commodities companies through various company visits and our annual Industry Study Missions

"Asia is increasingly becoming the centre of global trade flows, and Singapore is well-positioned to seize the opportunity due to its continuously expanding role as an international launch pad for traders wishing to venture into this region and anchor their presence here.”
