    Training Programmes for the benefit of young learners wishing to upgrade theirknowledge.

    Singhal Institute for Training and Education Trust (SITE Trust) has beenestablished to disseminate and share knowledge for skills building througheducation, training, research, publication and other activities for the welfare of thecommunity at large without discrimination of caste, creed etc. The benefits of theTrust are open to all irrespective of caste, religion, race, sex etc. The Trust willnot carry on any activities with an intention of earning profit.

    Important NoteThe learners learning will not be limited to the course contentsmentioned above. Efforts shall be made to advise more learning. We shall alsoadvise the reference material as well as websites/web pages/blogs etc to thelearner.

    More training programmes will be introduced in future. We welcome suggestionsin this regard.

    Learning Instructions

    Learning instructions, material and assignments for the training are speciallydesigned by professional expert. When a candidate submit his/her application(see Form no. F001) for admission to a particular training programme, thecandidate will be informed his/her enrollment number. Upon receipt of enrollmentnumber, the learner is required to submit his/her Pre-Training Synopsis (as perdetails given in F002).

    Pre-Training Synopsis submitted by the learner will be reviewed by the trainer.Thereafter learning instructions (including learning material and assignmentsdetails) will be advised to the learner. Learners, opting distance learning mode,will be advised learning instructions by email. Learners, opting face-to-face

    training, are required to visit the Training venue and meet the trainer on the daysadvised to him. It is expected that every learner should also spend some time (atleast 20 hours) on internet and visit websites and web pages. Details of webpages and websites will be advised by us.

    Learners are required to submit home assignments (as per details given in F003)given to them from time to time. Generally there will be five home assignments.

    Upon completion of the home assignments, the learner will be required to submitPost-Training Synopsis (as per details given in F004) and Feedback (as perdetails given in F005).

    Evaluation Marks

    Evaluation marks are divided as under:

    Pre-Training Synopsis 10 MarksHome Assignments 60 MarksPost-Training Assignments 25 MarksFeedback 5 Marks

    A learner is expected to earn at least 60 marks for successful completion of thetraining.

    Award on successful completion of the training

    Upon successful completion of the training, the learner will be awarded with aCertificate of Successful Completion of the Training (as per F006). Uponsecuring 80 or more marks in the training, the learner will also be awarded with aTraining Participation Achievement memento.

    FEE

    The training activities mentioned in the Prospectus are carried out to achieve theobjectives of the Trust. There is no intention of earning any profit out of thetraining activities. However, the fee is being levied on participants to meet thepartial expenses.

    Trustees are authorized to grant relaxation in the training fee to a deservingparticipant. Physically handicapped candidates, participants from economicallybackward family background, female candidates, and faculty members ofeducational institutions will be granted relaxation in the training fee up to 25%.

    Organizations are encouraged to sponsor their employees to undergo trainingwith us. Organizations, sponsoring more participants, will be provided relaxationin fee.

    IN-HOUSE TRAINING PROGRAMME

    The trust can organize short term in-house training programme (such as one day,two day programme) on the specific needs of organizations. Such programmemay be organized at the premises of the organization. Organizations areencouraged to organize in-house training programme with the help of the trust totrain their employees. Please contact the Managing Trustee in this regard.

    Pre-Training Synopsis

    Upon receipt of enrollment number, the learner is required to submit his/her Pre-Training Synopsis as early as possible. The Pre-Training Synopsis should coverdetails of the learner and answers to the following questions:

    Home Assignment

    Learners are required to submit home assignments (generally five assignmentsin every training programme) given to them from time to time. Home assignmentssubmitted by the learner should mention enrollment number, name, training topic,training code and training mode at the top of the home assignments. Learners,opting face-to-face mode, are required to submit home assignments in theirhandwriting. Learners, opting distant learning mode, are required to submit wordfile of home assignment by email. Home assignments should be submittedwithin prescribed time limit advised by the trainer.

    Post-Training Synopsis

    Upon completion of the home assignments, the learner will be required to submit

    Post-Training Synopsis (preferably typed).

    Post-Training Synopsis should be a report from the learner what he has learntduring the training. It is expected from the learner that he should prepare adetailed report of his learning.

    Post-Training Synopsis should be prepared in three copies, out of which twocopies should be sent to the Trust one for evaluation purpose and other forTrust Library. One copy of the Post-Training Synopsis should be retained by thetrainee. Soft copy of the synopsis may also be sent to the Trust.

    Feedback

    Along with Post-Training Synopsis, the learner should also send FEEDBACK.The FEEDBACK should cover details of the learner and answers to thefollowing:

    Minimum Eligibility

    There are no eligibility criteria for undergoing a particular training. It is up to thecandidate to decide the training he/she wishes to undergo. However, it isexpected that candidate should have good communication skills in English andcomputer literate. He must be able to access information from internet.

    Important Point

    Face-to-face mode training is available in AJMER at present. Efforts are beingmade to set up training centres at other places.

    Distance Learning mode training provides an opportunity to learn from anywhere.

    Study Centres

    The Trust is interested to open Study Centres in different cities (within India) for

    imparting Face-to-Face Mode Trainings. Interested professionals / organizationsmay apply to the Managing Trustee with necessary details (such as infrastructureavailable for training and qualifications/experience of the trainer etc.). Existingtraining institutes are encouraged to start study centre at their premises.

    Study Centres share will be 85% of the fees collected from the participants of thecentre. 15% of the fees will be retained by the Trust being administrativeexpenses of the Trust.

    Study Centres will also be encouraged to enroll candidates for distance learningmode trainings for which 25% of the fees collected from such candidates will be

    sent to the centre coordinator of the study centre as its share to cover marketingand other expenses.

    Professionals / institutions interested in opening Study Centre are required to paythe following:

    Non-refundable Application Fee Rs. 1,000Refundable Security Deposit Rs. 5,000

    In the Face-to-Face mode training, Pre-training Synopsis and home assignmentswill be evaluated by the study centres trainer and evaluation marks awarded bythe study centre should be advised to the Trust office with necessary records.Post-Training Synopsis and Feedback shall be evaluated by the Trust.

    Study Centre will be encouraged to start trainings in new subjects for whichproposals may be submitted to the Trust with necessary details, such as, nameof the training, contents, objective of the training, reference material, trainersdetails etc.

    Placement Cell

    The Trust will help the participants in proper placement and to send their bio-datato prospective employers and renowned placement agencies.
