At the beginning of the 20th Century the old convent was remodelled into a Casa Hacienda and later restored and modern- ised whilst preserving its originality. In all rooms you will find different art works such as original paintings from well-known Peruvian artists, old woven tapestries or pre-Columbian textiles. At Hotel Majoro, guests will spend unforgettable and relaxing moments surrounded by 30 hectares of nature. Besides a restau- rant, a bar and four sitting rooms, the hotel has a Tara plantation (a Peruvian plant cultivated as a source of tannins), a Pisco cellar, a planetarium and a very large collection of Peruvian art work. Hotel Majoro – An oasis in the desert.

Hotel Majoro, a boutique hotel located at the countryside near the

La Posada de los Tumpis – A gem in the north of Peru.
