In this form fill your company details. On onecomputer only one vendor can enterquotation using this software.

Fields marked with � are mandatory on thisform.

In case you do not want to save changesclick Close without Save button

Tick the tender group for which you wantto quote items. You can choose only oneTender Group.

Enter QuotationEnter Quotation

To quote an item you need to fill data in following 3 screens:

• Screen 1 of 3 – Choose Item/Brand you want to quote on this screen• Screen 2 of 3 – Specify Cost , MRP and other respective details of item you are quoting on this screen• Screen 3 of 3 – Verify and Save details of item you are quoting on this screen


• To quote an item select tender group and then search item you w ant to quote

In case the item yourequire is not available

After selecting an item,click next to continue

Select tender groupto search relevantitems

Note : In case, an item require is not availablein our list click to addnew item button. (Refer“Items/BrandsItems/Brands MasterMaster “page of this documentfor creating a new item)

Enter few characters in the item name textbox orselect group or subgroup and click ‘Show matchingitems’ to view related items.

In this list select an item you want to quote and clickon “Next” button available on top-right corner.

Note : In case, an itembeing quoted comes indifferent sizes/ FR/gauge, quote it for allvariants separately alongwith their specification,cost price and MRP.


• Specify Manufacturer, Packing, Cost and MRP of item you are q uoting

After specifying theManufacturer,Specification, packing,Cost, Discount, Tax, MRP,FOC and Remarks, clicknext button to continue

Avoid choosing “NoManufacturer” option. It isManufacturer” option. It isprovided only for itemswhere manufacturerinformation is not available.

For each item mention it’sMRP. In case MRP is notprinted on the item (e.g.Printing Group Items) youcan enter 0 as MRP.

When you are surethat the informationyou have entered iscorrect, click on savebutton.

Click to Export all quoted items as a web page.Use this option ONLY if you are not able to printusing print button

Click to Print all quoted item for submission toSGRH

Click to delete selected item. Record oncedeleted cannot be retrieved. Do NOT delete anyitem after printing/exporting final Price Bid

Click to edit selected item. Do NOT edit anyitem after printing/exporting final Price Bid

Click close button to return to Main Menu
