Welcome to Our Visitors
Thank you for sharing in the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass with us today. Please fill out a visitor’s card (found in the pew
racks) and return it in the offering plate so we will have a record of your visit. And please introduce yourself after Mass.
If you are a Catholic, we at Our Lady of Walsingham receive Holy Communion kneeling and by intinction (both species on the tongue).
If you are not a Catholic, during Communion we invite you either to come forward with your arms crossed over your chest, or fingers across your lips, and receive a blessing from the Priest or Deacon, or remain in your pew and reflect on the presence of Christ.
You are encouraged to take the Bulletin & Mass Leaflet home to utilize them in your prayer life.

CCD Registration is Open for the 2020 - 2021 School Year
The CCD Sunday School program offers students an opportunity to gain a better under-standing of their Catholic faith and traditions. The goal of each class is to go beyond mere content knowledge. Rather, inspired by Our Lady, we seek to ponder these mysteries in our hearts, and so come to a deeper and richer encounter with our Lord and his Church. Clas-ses meet on Sundays 9:45 - 10:45 am in Seton Hall and Newman Hall from September through May.
The cost of the program for the academic year is as follows: $75 for one child
$105 for two children $160 for three or more children
Scholarships are available. Please contact Tim Caruthers, CCD Director at 713-683-9407 or [email protected] . Send check payments with CCD in the memo line to: Cathedral of Our Lady of Walsingham Attn: CCD Director 7809 Shadyvilla Ln Houston Tx 77055. CCD fees can also be paid on line when registering.

Catholic Kids Camp - July 27 - 31 Heavenly Clues Detective Camp - Christ in the Church: Priest, Prophet, King
The Church’s life as founded by Christ expresses itself in the threefold offices (duties) of priest, prophet, and king. While
Christ himself is all three, among the Church each office is practiced by the Christian and works together in harmony. The
priests are the clergy who guide and nourish the Church. The prophets are the religious monks and friars, sisters and nuns,
who seek to live the life of heaven in this world. And the kings are the laity who build, spiritually and bodily, the Church
in the world. Each day will be devoted to exploring an office as a vocation in the Church, and especially how Christ em-
bodies the perfection of each state.
The cost of the program for the week is as follows:
$75 for one child
$105 for two children
$160 for three or more children
Lunch is not included. Campers must bring a sack lunch if they are staying for the afternoon programs. Scholarships are
available. For more information contact Catalina Brand at [email protected].
Register Online at: https://olwcatholic.org/catholic-kids-camp-1. Make checks payable to Our Lady of Walsingham with CKC in Memo Line. Mail payment to: Cathedral of Our Lady of Walsingham Attn: Catholic Kids Camp Coordinator 7809 Shadyvilla Ln. Houston TX, 77055. Camp fees can also be paid on-line when registering.
The Greatest of Gifts: Holy Sacrifice of the Mass

member, a friend, or a deceased loved one, please contact the office at 713-683-9407 or email [email protected]
to request a Mass Intention. St. John Paul II emphasized the graces that come when a Mass is offered. "The Church believes that she will be heard, for she prays in union with Christ her Head and Spouse, who takes up this plea of His Bride and joins it to His own redemptive sacrifice."
