or standing [in prayer], ever- mindful of the life to come, or standing [in prayer], ever- mindful of the life to come,

Say [O Muhammad]: “Behold, I am bidden to (A’BUD) worship

(serve) Allah, sincere in my faith in Him alone (MUKHLISAN);

and I am bidden to be foremost among (AL-MUSLIMEEN)

those who surrender themselves unto Allah.”

(Qur’an: Az-Zumar: 39: 12)

conscious of Me – (conscious of Me – (FATTAQUNFATTAQUN)”)”



““seeing that for those who shun the powers of evil seeing that for those who shun the powers of evil

lest they [be tempted to] worship them, and turn unto lest they [be tempted to] worship them, and turn unto

Allah instead, there is the glad tiding [of happiness in Allah instead, there is the glad tiding [of happiness in

beneath which running waters flow: [this is] Allah’s promise - beneath which running waters flow: [this is] Allah’s promise -

“ART THOU NOT aware that it is Allah who sends

down water from the skies, and then causes it to

travel through the earth in the shape of springs? And

then He brings forth thereby herbage of various hues;

and then it withers, and thou canst see it turn yellow;

and in the end He causes it to crumble to dust.

Verily, in [all] this there is indeed a reminder to those

who are endowed with insight! (ULUL-AL-BAB)!”

(Qur’an: Az-Zumar: 39: 21)


““O Allah! Make us see the Truth to be true and O Allah! Make us see the Truth to be true and

grant us the ability to follow it.grant us the ability to follow it.

And make us see Falsehood to be false and grant And make us see Falsehood to be false and grant

O our Lord! Make us to benefit from what You have O our Lord! Make us to benefit from what You have

taught us.taught us.

O Lord! Teach us whatever that is beneficial for us.


O Allah! Make us to be people who guide (others) O Allah! Make us to be people who guide (others)

and who are (always) Guided (by Your Guidance) .and who are (always) Guided (by Your Guidance) .


Not of those who are astray and Not of those who are astray and

who lead people astray.who lead people astray.


O Allah! Guide us all O Allah! Guide us all

with Your Guidance.with Your Guidance.


And make us people who hasten And make us people who hasten

towards what pleases You.towards what pleases You.


And do not let us be protected (by others) except And do not let us be protected (by others) except

only with Your Protection (as our Guardian).only with Your Protection (as our Guardian).


And do not make us to be of those who differ And do not make us to be of those who differ

from Your command and who are disobedient from Your command and who are disobedient

towards You.towards You.


And sufficient is Allah for us, And sufficient is Allah for us,

for He is the Best Protectorfor He is the Best Protector


And there is no power nor strength except And there is no power nor strength except

with Allah The Most High, the Most Esteem.with Allah The Most High, the Most Esteem.

““(May) Allah grant His Reward upon Muhammad, salutations (May) Allah grant His Reward upon Muhammad, salutations

of Allah and Peace be upon him and his family, in accordance of Allah and Peace be upon him and his family, in accordance

with what he deserves (in Allah’s knowledge & estimation).”with what he deserves (in Allah’s knowledge & estimation).”

And salutations of Allah and Peace be And salutations of Allah and Peace be

upon our Leader Muhammad, and upon upon our Leader Muhammad, and upon

His household and Companions .His household and Companions .

”Glory to thy Lord the Lord, of Honour and Power! (He is free)

from what they ascribe (to Him)! And Peace on the

Messengers! And praise to Allah, the Lord and Cherisher of the

Worlds.”

(Qur’an : Saffat: 37 : 180-182)
