Over 500 smart city indicators mapped
They are scored against the following criteria: Relevance: Does the indicator contribute to the objective of the CITYkeys
subtheme?
Availability: Can data to calculate the indicator be easily obtained?
Measurability: Can the indicator be measured?
Reliability: Is the definition clear and the data quality solid?
Based on this pre-evaluation, they will be shortlisted and evaluated against the needs of cities and citizens identified
