Dear Global Plenary,
It is with great pleasure that AIESEC in Korea officially opens applications for Session Facilitator of the Summer National Leadership Development Seminar (S.NLDC), which will be held between from 14th to 17th of July 2016.
S.NLDC is one of the biggest conferences held in AIESEC in Korea, bridging the 17 local entities of AIESEC in Korea and one national board with the following objectives:
Join us as one of the facilitators today to help us deliver our ambition and dream! We need your awesome skills and stories to empower AIESEC in Korea plenary!
• Prepare and deliver functional workshop to members (TMP level)>> Marketing, Finance, TM, oGCDP, oGIP, ICX
• Prepare and deliver soft-skills and/or LEAD sessions to members/LC EB
• Participation in all pre-conference and post-conference virtual & physical meetings (refer to conference timeline and faci commitment)
• Creation of innovative session outlines, presentation and materials• Session delivery using different delivery methods and wow moments• Support the facilitator team before and during the conference• Delegate engagement and interaction through storytelling and experience sharing (join
the parties too!)• Cooperate with the Conference Committee (CC) team especially on deadlines and
logistics arrangements• Proactivity and commitment in the fulfillment of conference deadlines
