    shredded6 eggs14 cup Southern Comfort114 cup milk1 t. dry mustard12 t. salt12 t. cayenne pepper14 t. nutmeg, grated14 t. celery saltPinch ground clovesBrown sausage in skillet, adding onions andpeppers. Drain. Cut bread into small cubesand cover bottom of buttered 2-qt casse-role. Sprinkle cheese over bread, then addsausage mixture. Slightly beat eggs and addmilk, Southern Comfort and seasonings.Add to casserole and cover. Refrigeratefor several hours, then bake at 350 F. for60 minutes.

    Marinated Chicken Breasts12 cup Southern Comfort14 cup fresh orange juice12 cup apricot jam1 cup orange marmalade1 package dry onion soup mix8 chicken breast halvesCombine all the ingredients,except the chicken, in asaucepan and cook over medium heat just until well blended. Removefrom heat and pour over chicken. Marinate and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Preheat oven to 350 F. Bake chicken in marinade uncovered,for 35-40 minutes, basting occasionally. Serve warm or chilled.

    Southern Comfort Orange Muffins1 cup Southern Comfort3 oz. dried cherries, chopped (about 34 cups)1 cup sugar12 cup butter or margarine2 eggsZest of 1 orange2 cups flour1 t. baking soda14 t. saltJuice of 1 orange1 T. sugarPour Southern Comfort over chopped cherriesin small bowl. Cover and allow to sit for at least8 hours or overnight. Preheat oven to 400F.Cream sugar and butter together until fluffy.Add eggs and zest and beat well. Combine flour,soda and salt; add to creamed mixture alternate-ly with Southern Comfort cherry mixture. Blenduntil well mixed. Portion batter into greased 2 3/4 inch muffin cups. Bake in 400F oven for 20 minutes. Remove muffin pan to wire rack.Brush muffins with orange juice and sprinkle with sugar while still warm.Allow to stand 5 minutes before removing from pan.

Dijon mustard14 t. ground cloves12 cup Southern Comfort6 - 8 lb. hamBoil cranberries in 1/2 cup ofcranberry juice until theypop. Dissolve cornstarch inremaining juice and add tocranberries along withbrown sugar, mustard and cloves. Bring to a boil and cook over mediumheat until sauce thickens, stirring continuously. Remove from heat andadd Southern Comfort. Bake the ham according to manufacturersinstructions. Remove from oven 30 minutes before completely baked.Spread generously with glaze and continue baking. Slice and serve.

Southern Comfort1 T. vanilla extract14 cup butter12 oz. semisweet chocolate morsels1, 12 oz. jar caramel topping1 cup pecans, chopped Combine first 3 ingredients, stirwell. Firmly press mixture in bottom and 1 inch up sides of a lightlygreased 10 spring form pan. Bake at 325 F. for 10 minutes. Cool inpan on a wire rack. Beat cream cheese at medium speed with an elec-tric mixer until creamy; gradually add 11/4 cups sugar, beating well. Addeggs, beating after each addition and scraping sides and bottom asneeded. Stir in sour cream, Southern Comfort and vanilla. Melt 1/4 cupbutter in a small heavy saucepan; add chocolate morsels. Stir over lowheat just until chocolate melts and mixture blends. Fold chocolate,caramel and pecans into cheesecake batter. Pour batter into preparedcrust. Bake at 325 F. for 1 hour. (Center will not be completely set).Cool completely on a wire rack; cover and chill at least 8 hours.Carefully remove sides of pan; transfer cheesecake to a serving plate.Let stand at room temperature at least 30 minutes before serving.

Using electric mixer,beat 11/4 cup butter in large bowl untilsmooth. Gradually add sugar, beating untilfluffy. Beat in eggs 1 at a time, thenSouthern Comfort, orange zest and vanilla.Add flour and salt and beat until blended.Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake cakeuntil golden brown, about 1 hour. Cool cakein pan on rack 10 minutes. Invert cake ontorack; cool completely.

    pudding mix12 cup Southern Comfort4 eggs12 cup cold water12 cup oil1 cup chopped pecans or walnutsGlaze:4 T. Butter18 cup water12 cup granulated sugar14 cup Southern ComfortCombine cake ingredients in a large bowl and beat ata medium speed for 2 minutes. Pour into a greasedand floured 10" tube or 12 cup bundt pan. Bake at325 F. for 1 hour. Cool on rack. Invert on servingplate; prick top and drizzle half of glaze evenly overtop and sides. After cake has cooled, reheat remain-der of glaze and brush evenly over cake. Sift 1 t. ofpowdered sugar over cake just before serving. Tomake glaze, melt butter in saucepan. Stir in water andsugar. Boil 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove fromheat and stir in Southern Comfort.
